Consultation Fee

We believe in being upfront about costs. The fee for an initial 25-minute consultation is $150, for individuals without ongoing immigration cases.

For those who have previously had an initial consultation, have ongoing immigration cases, or experienced a case denial, the fee for a 25-minute consultation is $350.

If you decide to use our legal services after the consultation, we'll credit the consultation fee towards any attorney fees.

The consultation fee is considered earned upon payment based on an attorney’s time being reserved.
